The Hook Guide
The Hook Guide, in comparison with the snail guide, is more compact, stronger, and provides a 360o circumferential restraint to the wire movement. Therefore, when diamond polished, it can be used to locate a very thin wire in a precisely defined boundary as small as 2.0 mm in diameter. HK 001 shown below left is dedicated for threading of wires at hard to reach locations.
